Last year I decided I I don’t want to be grossly overweight and unhealthy when I’m 50. So I requested a meal plan from Blasquez and committed to turning things around. I stuck with his eating guide and started losing around 2-3 pounds a week. This past year I went 270 pounds to 220 based on eating clean and exercise 2-3 times per week.
